Briefing submissions and messaging
The form requests your name, email, and project description. Company name, project type, budget, and timeline are optional. These fields generate a structured message locally inside your browser; the website does not silently upload your briefing into a tracking database.
When clicking WhatsApp or email, the generated text is passed directly into your selected communication application for your review. You remain in complete control over whether to send it. Once received, the information is used solely to reply, assess requirements, and prepare a proposal.
Briefing drafts are not stored on our servers for future sessions. Copying or downloading the text creates a local copy under your custody. Please refrain from including passwords, sensitive personal identification, third-party confidential data, or trade secrets in initial inquiries.
Preferences and local browsing
Your theme selection (dark/light) and animation pause settings are saved locally on your device via standard browser localStorage. They are never transmitted to RUON servers. You may remove them at any moment by clearing your browser site storage.
This website does not load advertising trackers, third-party behavioral analytics, or marketing tracking cookies. All typography and imagery are served directly as first-party assets. The hosting provider may record IP addresses, timestamps, requested URLs, and standard HTTP headers to deliver static pages securely.
External service providers
Third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, email clients, hosting providers, and external portfolio client links operate under their own independent privacy policies. When navigating to these external destinations, please consult their specific policies. Our site contains no hidden third-party tracking scripts.
Data retention and purpose
Processing initial contact messages to evaluate a potential engagement constitutes pre-contractual discussions conducted at your request. Statutory obligations and legitimate record-keeping requirements may also justify retaining correspondence as appropriate.
Retention periods depend directly on the nature of our interaction, subsequent contractual relationships, and applicable legal obligations. You may request details regarding your records or ask for deletion subject to statutory retention obligations.
